Every MÈILI order is carefully wrapped and sent with thought — each piece arrives in our soft velvet pouch, ready to be gifted or treasured.

We usually ship within 1–3 working days, though during busy periods it may take a little longer.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Delivery).
Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days once dispatched.

Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £50.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch — we’ll make it right and send a replacement if needed.

Returns

We hope you’ll love your piece as much as we do.
If, however, something doesn’t feel right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and in their original packaging

In the same condition as received

Simply email us at [your email address], and we’ll be happy to assist.
As all MÈILI pieces are ready to ship, we currently don’t offer returns for custom-made items.
