Every MÈILI order is carefully packaged in our velvet pouch and jewellery box, ready for gifting or personal keeping.

Shipping

We offer free UK shipping across the site.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service and destination.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns

We hope you will love your piece as much as we do. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, or if there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos where needed, and we will do our best to help.
