Thank you for visiting and shopping at MÈILI. The following terms and conditions apply to the packaging, handling, and delivery of your order.

Packaging

Every piece of MÈILI jewellery is carefully packaged in a a velvet drawstring jewellery pouch, ensuring your item arrives perfectly presented, whether for yourself or as a gift.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

We are a small, curated business, which means every order receives our personal attention.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after you place your order.

UK Shipping, Delivery & Charges

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping Service: All orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking.

  • Shipping Charges: We charge a flat rate for standard shipping.

    • Standard shipping cost: £3.95

    • Enjoy FREE Standard UK Shipping on all orders over £50.

Please note: The delivery timescales provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While Royal Mail aims to deliver most parcels by the next working day, occasional delays can occur which are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the Royal Mail website to follow your parcel's progress.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

  • Lost Parcels: If you have not received your order 10 working days after the dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@meilijewellery.com. We will investigate with Royal Mail and, depending on the outcome, arrange for a replacement item or a refund.

  • Damaged Parcels: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the parcel or the item inside is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
